Kevin, in my opinion, is the best! When we were searching for a new home he was extremely communicative, timely, and perceptive to the needs of our family. My husband and I know that Kevin truly wanted to help us find a home that would be perfect for our family, regardless of the length of time it would take. As we walked through homes he would tastefully point out different pros and cons to the home that my husband and I (as rookies) would not have noticed. He spent the time and energy to figure out what we wanted in a home, and would send us potential home listings as soon as they were put on the market, or even a few times a few days before. Kevin highly encouraged us to go and see a home he thought we would like. My husband and I had just skimmed over this home, but I'm glad we listened to him, because it is the home that we just purchased! It really was just what we wanted. The purchasing process was seamless thanks to Kevin!
He is experienced and will go above and beyond. After the purchase of our home he continued to serve us by helping coordinate things with our contractor.
We have already referred friends and family to Kevin and they can't speak highly enough of him either!
Our 3 year old son the other day referred to him as "Uncle Kevin." I think that is priceless in explaining how awesome Kevin is as a realtor and as a person!!!
